  1. To begin making the Veg Chowmein, boil the water adding 2 – 3 teaspoons salt and a tablespoon of oil to it. When the water starts boiling, add the noodles and cook al dente..

  8. Add the cooked hakka noodles and the chopped onion greens and give it a good toss..
  9. Check seasoning and adjust as per taste..
