  2. You need of fingers carrots.
  3. It's of small sized cucumber.
  4. Prepare of dried cayenne pepper.
  5. You need of Finger fresh ginger.
  6. You need of garlic.
  7. It's of olive oil.
  8. It's of sesame seeds.
  9. It's of small banana.
  10. It's of Infused water of dates, tamarind and hibiscus (overnight).
  11. You need of fresh moringa.
  12. You need of cabbage.

Healthy Green smoothie step by step

  1. Get all ingredients ready.
  2. Wash all ingredients clean, cut into bits in order to allow easy blending..
  3. Pour into blender, add the infused water,(ordinary water can also be used or any plant based milk, or dairy milk).
  4. Add the sesame seeds and olive oil.
  5. Cover and blend on a high speed until desired fluid consistency is achieved. Adjust as desired..
  6. Pour into a cup and enjoy..
