Besan Idli Brusata instructions

  1. Combine all the ingridents for the idli batter except fruit salt..
  2. Tempering- Heat oil in a small pan and add the urad dal, chana dal, and mustard seeds..
  3. When the seeds crackle, add the green chilli, curry leaves and sautee for a few seconds..
  4. Pour the tempering over the batter and mix well..
  5. Add the fruit salt and sprinkle lemon juice over it..
  6. When the bubbles form, mix gently and pour spoonfuls of the batter into greased idli mould..
  7. Steam in a steamer for 8to10 minutes..
  8. Cool slightely, unmould and transfer in a plate..
  9. For topping:- Heat oil saute onion, green chilli..
  10. Add all the vegetable, sports and mix well..
  11. Add the all the sesasoing and mix well..
  12. Take one idli and spread topping, and grated cheese..
  13. Put idli in a heat tava and cook for 2 minutes..
  14. Serve with coconut chutney and tomato ketchup..
